Who will be my doctor?
We assign your doctor after an initial evaluation. During that first appointment, we get to know your case so we can match you with the doctor whose clinical approach and availability best fit your needs.
Our specialists manage limited schedules to ensure personalized care. If your doctor is ever unavailable, the assigned physician will be fully informed and ready to continue your treatment without interruptions, thanks to our internal communication system.
How do I schedule a consultation?
To schedule a consultation, just start by filling out our online form. One of our advisors will reach out to confirm your appointment, make sure to follow up with your advisor! On the day of your visit, please make sure to arrive on time and bring any test results you’ve done before.
If updated or additional tests are needed, we can usually do them right here at the clinic. Consultations can be in person (recommended if you’re in CDMX or nearby) or online for patients in other cities or countries. And if you’re on your period, don’t worry, you can still attend your appointment.
How can I request a genetic test?
Genetic testing can be an insightful tool if you’re planning on undergoing an IVF cycle, have a family history of genetic conditions, have experienced multiple miscarriages, or have had unsuccessful IVF attempts.
At Nascere, these tests are offered as part of a personalized medical approach and always include a consultation with a genetics specialist. Our team will let you know if a test is recommended and guide you through the process to ensure it’s done safely and with proper medical support.
